Job Summary
This part-time (24 hours/week) role involves managing a statewide project in Bavaria focused on integrating sustainable and nature-friendly farming practices into land lease agreements. You will act as a central link between landowners and farmers, providing expert advice and coordinating landscape management associations. Day-to-day responsibilities include project administration, budget monitoring, and organizing both digital and in-person workshops and training sessions. You will work within a highly motivated, interdisciplinary team to foster knowledge transfer and refine project methodologies. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Nature Conservation, Landscape Management, Agroecology, Biology, or a comparable field; or a qualified specialist vocational training with relevant additional qualifications.
Experience

- Practical experience in project management including budget and timeline oversight
- Experience in providing advisory services to public and private landowners
- Proven track record in networking and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops and training events
