As the Deputy Technical Manager for Building Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of a sophisticated property in Frankfurt am Main. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of technical systems, specifically within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) and broader Building Services (TGA) sectors. You will coordinate external subcontractors, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with critical safety standards, including VDI guidelines.
