Job Summary

As a Taxation Manager at Nintendo, you will be responsible for the end-to-end tax compliance and reporting for the German headquarters and its various European branches. Your daily activities will involve preparing and reviewing tax returns, managing monthly tax reporting, and ensuring strict withholding tax compliance. A significant portion of the role involves supporting international transfer pricing strategies, including managing Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs). You will act as a key point of contact for tax audits both in Germany and abroad while ensuring adherence to Japan-SOX requirements. This position is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys managing complex international projects and working collaboratively with external advisors. Required Skills

Education

Academic qualification in Taxation, Finance, or Business Administration. Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) preferred.

Experience

  • Professional experience in preparing and coordinating German and European tax returns
  • Experience in monthly tax reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Practical knowledge of international tax regulations and transfer pricing documentation
  • Experience in assisting with domestic and international tax audits
  • Experience working with external tax advisors and cross-border stakeholders
