Job Summary
As a Data & AI Specialist at TOPHOTELPROJECTS GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning the world's leading hotel construction database into the AI era. Your primary focus will be establishing 'Human-AI-Loops' where artificial intelligence assists in researching, classifying, and enriching project data while human experts provide validation and feedback. You will be responsible for defining quality criteria, designing internal AI chatbots using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases, and structuring data models to ensure AI readiness. This role bridges the gap between technical implementation and departmental enablement, requiring you to advise teams on AI tools and best practices. Based primarily in Rotenburg (Wümme), this position offers a unique opportunity to work with high-quality, structured industry data in a market-leading environment. You will collaborate closely with IT and management to build functional, high-impact AI solutions that directly improve global hotel market intelligence.

- Professional experience in data management, including SQL and structured data models
- Experience in scripting or programming for data pipelines and prototypes

- Experience in Human-in-the-Loop concepts or data annotation is a plus

- The role is primarily based on-site in Rotenburg (Wümme) with a requirement of 3-4 days per week in the office. Remote work (1-2 days) is possible after an initial 3-6 month onboarding period. Candidates must have C1 level German or higher.
