Job Summary
This role involves the independent sensory and physico-chemical testing of raw materials, intermediate goods, and finished products within the food flavoring and convenience product industry. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for measuring parameters such as density, refraction, pH value, and flash point, while also managing the release or blocking of materials based on your findings. A significant part of the day-to-day work includes the organoleptic evaluation (tasting and smelling) of sweet and fruity flavors to ensure high-quality standards. You will also maintain laboratory equipment, manage retention samples, and coordinate with external laboratories for specialized analysis. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), or Food Technology Specialist.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality control, preferably within the food or chemical industry
- Practical experience in food analytics and laboratory environments
- Experience in conducting sensory evaluations and tastings
- Experience using IT systems for quality management and documentation

- This is a fixed-term contract for one year. The role is full-time at 38 hours per week. Candidates must be comfortable with the sensory testing of sweet and fruity flavors.
