Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer for the State Office for Property and Construction Baden-Württemberg, you will play a pivotal role in managing state-owned real estate. Your daily responsibilities include performing specialist planning and construction management tasks, acting as the client representative for electrical and conveyor technology projects. You will oversee a broad technical spectrum ranging from power supply and classic installation technology to low-voltage, high-voltage, and information technology systems. Beyond technical execution, you will manage external engineering firms, advise state agencies, and implement vital energy and climate protection concepts. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) in Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a certified Technician qualification in a corresponding specialization.
Experience
- Professional experience in specialist planning and construction management for electrical or supply technology
- Experience in acting as a client representative or owner's engineer for building projects
- Proven track record in building maintenance and technical facility management
- Experience in managing external engineering firms and providing technical consultancy
- Demonstrated ability in economic thinking and responsible project handling
