Job Summary
As a Team Lead at Sycor Group, you will spearhead the strategic and operational expansion of new customer sales within the IT infrastructure sector, specifically focusing on Azure, Microsoft 365, and data center operations. Your daily responsibilities involve leading and developing a high-performing PreSales team, managing the end-to-end lead process from generation to qualification, and ensuring the smooth transition of new projects into operational service. You will act as a bridge between sales, technical departments, and product management to design customer-centric solutions while building sustainable relationships with strategic partners. This role is highly performance-driven, with responsibility for meeting KPIs related to revenue, order intake, and project profitability.
