Job Summary

As a Master Electrician, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the technical and organizational management of an electrical team. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrotechnical projects within plant and machinery environments. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex electrical systems, including troubleshooting and technical fault analysis. A unique aspect of this role is the initial 1-2 year induction phase, which involves significant field service and assembly work on a rotation of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home to build deep product and team knowledge. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work, team development, and project oversight. Completed vocational training and certification as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister/in)

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Master Electrician or in a similar senior electrical role
  • Extensive background in electrotechnical maintenance, installation, or project management
  • Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams
  • Practical experience with electrical circuit diagrams and control technology
  • Experience in field assembly and commissioning of industrial machinery
