Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing the 'AI/BI' group within a strategic Data and AI division. As a disciplinary lead, you will manage a team of Data Scientists, BI Experts, and AI Engineers, overseeing personnel development, resource planning, and skill-gap analyses. You will be responsible for the strategic evolution of methodological competence and tooling, ensuring that use case delivery aligns with organizational goals. A significant portion of the role focuses on governance, including the implementation of processes for model quality, fairness, and compliance with regulations like the AI Act and GDPR. Operating within a matrix organization, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams to drive technological decisions.
