As an IT Service Technician, you will be the cornerstone of a smooth-running IT infrastructure within an international manufacturing environment. Your daily tasks will involve providing essential 1st and 2nd level on-site support, assisting users with application issues, and installing and configuring software and Windows 10 operating systems. You'll also be responsible for setting up complete workstations, performing updates, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and documenting all technical steps.
