Job Summary

This role involves the technical planning and cost estimation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for complex construction projects across Germany. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for calculating building services trades, tendering MEP planning services, and procuring subcontractor quotes. You will play a vital role in creating performance specifications, conducting mass take-offs, and developing alternative technical proposals to advise clients. The position is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with architects, engineers, and specialized contractors to ensure high-quality project documentation and procurement.
