Job Summary
As an IT Systems Engineer for Land C2 Solutions at Airbus Defence and Space, you will play a critical role in managing and evolving Windows Server environments. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, operation, and administration of essential infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, Hyper-V, and WSUS. You will be tasked with Active Directory management, implementing security concepts based on BSI standards, and automating routine tasks using PowerShell scripting. A key aspect of this role involves on-site customer roll-outs, where you will handle installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT and Information Systems
- Extensive experience in the administration of Windows Server operating systems
- Proven experience with Group Policies and Microsoft Exchange Server
- Experience in implementing security concepts in Windows environments
- Practical experience in automation and scripting for routine tasks
- Experience in customer-facing roles including on-site installation and troubleshooting
