Job Summary

This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot integration within the HDI AG environment. As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you will manage the Evergreen lifecycle of M365 Apps, handle technical administration across Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint admin centers, and oversee license and policy management. A significant portion of the role involves analyzing service health and telemetry data to proactively resolve technical issues. You will be instrumental in supporting the rollout of AI-driven workplace solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot, conducting technical tests, and developing automation scripts using PowerShell to optimize operations. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Systems Administration, Technical IT, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in the technical operation of Microsoft 365 environments
  • Proven experience with M365 administration tools including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI-supported workplace solutions is highly desirable
  • Experience in developing automation and optimization solutions using PowerShell
  • Professional background in managing IT security and compliance requirements within a cloud context
