This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot integration within the HDI AG environment. As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you will manage the Evergreen lifecycle of M365 Apps, handle technical administration across Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint admin centers, and oversee license and policy management. A significant portion of the role involves analyzing service health and telemetry data to proactively resolve technical issues. You will be instrumental in supporting the rollout of AI-driven workplace solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot, conducting technical tests, and developing automation scripts using PowerShell to optimize operations.
