As an IT Service Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing and adapting the service portfolio based on business needs, collaborating closely with various departments on ongoing contracts. A key part of your role involves building and expanding existing process landscapes, ensuring thorough documentation and quality control, and establishing a robust Service Desk based on ITIL principles. You will be responsible for continuously improving IT service processes, coordinating meetings, and managing Service Level and IT Service Management. Furthermore, you will create and adjust service agreements and assemble service modules to meet specific customer requirements. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or similar qualification; ITIL certification is ideal

Experience

  • Professional experience in project execution
  • Foundational IT knowledge and understanding of infrastructure and communication processes (e.g., data center operations, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Windows Client & Server)
  • Experience in the workplace environment
  • Experience in tendering IT services or hardware and software is a plus
