Job Summary
As a Working Student in Facility Management at Heimstaden Bostad, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of Facility Managers and Technical Property Managers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing tenant reports, coordinating with insurance providers, and managing communication between tenants, internal craftsmen, and external service providers. You will be responsible for obtaining quotes, processing work orders, and maintaining the master list for technical systems. This position is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in the real estate sector within a leading Scandinavian company.
