As a Master Electrician, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing electrical projects with a focus on photovoltaic systems, residential renovations, and power distribution infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will involve the technical management of AC-side PV installations, including commissioning and rigorous safety testing. You will be responsible for the planning and modernization of meter cabinets and sub-distributions, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards. Beyond technical execution, you will coordinate with grid operators and customers while leading a team of installers on-site. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification (Electrical Installer License).
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Electrician or equivalent qualification
- Proven expertise in energy distribution, meter cabinets, and protection technology
- Practical experience in photovoltaic system commissioning and grid parallel operation is preferred
- Experience in electrical renovations for existing buildings and modernization projects
- Leadership experience in instructing technicians and managing construction site workflows
