Job Summary
As the Team Lead for Power Grid Operations at Stadtwerke Warendorf, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation, construction, and maintenance of medium and low-voltage systems, including street lighting. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker) in the field of Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Long-term relevant professional experience in the field of electrical engineering or energy supply
- Proven leadership experience with a cooperative and empathetic management style
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of medium and low-voltage systems
- Professional background in the energy industry or power supply sector is highly desirable
