Job Summary

As the Head of Group Tax at Hochland SE, you will assume full responsibility for all tax-related matters across the international Hochland Group. Operating from the global headquarters, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the executive board, international subsidiaries, and external tax consultancies. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring tax compliance across all jurisdictions, providing strategic advice on national and international projects such as acquisitions and corporate restructurings, and managing transfer pricing documentation. You will also be tasked with optimizing tax processes through modern digital tools and developing a robust Tax Compliance Management System. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law with a focus on Taxation, Controlling, or Accounting. Qualification as a Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) is preferred.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an international tax environment or a corporate tax department
  • Proven experience in transfer pricing and its documentation
  • Extensive experience dealing with tax authorities, external auditors, and related departments like Treasury and Accounting
  • Professional experience in national and international tax law across all tax types
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and making strategic decisions
