As a Materials Tester at FINKENHOLL Stahl Service Center GmbH, you will play a critical role in the quality assurance of high-quality and special structural steel. Based in Bochum, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT), specifically focusing on ultrasonic, hardness, and visual inspections. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Materials Tester or a comparable technical qualification; UT 2 (Ultrasonic Testing Level 2) certification is mandatory.
Experience
- Professional experience in non-destructive testing (NDT)
- Experience working with steel materials and quality standards
- Practical experience in evaluating and documenting test results according to norms
- Experience in quality assurance for incoming and outgoing goods
- Experience in the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment
