Job Summary
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a critical bridge between customers, consultants, and the development team. Your daily responsibilities include managing technical inquiries via a ticket system, providing 2nd level support, and communicating with clients through various digital channels. You will perform technical feasibility checks, handle remote installations, and execute system updates. A unique aspect of this role involves the hands-on technical configuration of XML files and the monitoring of hosting instances. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in creating and adjusting XML configuration files
- Experience in remote software installation and system maintenance
