Job Summary

As the Head of Training and Education for SLB's 'Junior Firm,' you will lead the strategic and operational development of the next generation of Tax Assistants. Your day-to-day involves creating modern training plans, managing the recruitment and selection of apprentices, and providing hands-on pedagogical guidance to ensure high-quality learning outcomes. You will lead a small team of 2-3 tax professionals while maintaining your own small client portfolio to stay practically grounded. This role is unique because it combines high-level leadership and strategy with direct mentorship in a modern, digital tax consultancy environment.
