Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive coordination of facility management (FM) and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities. Day-to-day, you will organize the maintenance of equipment requiring inspection, monitor deadlines via maintenance planning software, and manage the procurement of office and production equipment. You will be responsible for instructing and supervising external contractors during construction or maintenance work and serving as a representative for occupational safety. A key part of the role includes active participation in process improvements and ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. This position is attractive for professionals seeking a stable, permanent contract with a diverse range of responsibilities spanning technical maintenance, administration, and safety management. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in facility management or technical maintenance
- Experience in organizing equipment inspections and monitoring maintenance deadlines
- Experience in managing external service providers and contractors
- Experience in occupational health and safety (EHS) protocols
