This position is part of the Hy²Cycle joint project at the TU Dresden Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, focusing on the development of resource-efficient and recyclable hydrogen technologies. As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for the scientific research and development of prototype electrolyzers, specifically optimizing high-pressure alkaline electrolysis. Your day-to-day work involves the physical, chemical, and electrochemical design of prototypes, contributing to the manufacturing process, and designing test stands for experimental investigations. Required Skills

Education

Excellent university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Physics, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Electrochemistry or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of electrochemistry is preferred
  • Experience in managing or working on scientific research projects is preferred
  • Experience in the design and manufacturing of prototype systems
  • Experience in conducting physical and chemical experiments
