Job Summary
This role involves the technical management and further development of military customer projects focusing on tactical containers, shelters, and mobile communication systems. As a Systems Engineer at Leonardo Germany GmbH, you will be responsible for the entire system lifecycle, from analyzing customer requirements and designing system architectures to overseeing integration, verification, and final customer acceptance. You will act as a technical coordinator between internal departments, external partners, and suppliers while ensuring high-quality standards in system development and manufacturing. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in electrical or communications engineering who enjoy working on complex, innovative defense technology. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in systems engineering or related technical fields
- Professional experience in the development of communication systems and customer acceptance processes
- Experience with tactical shelters and mobile communication systems is highly preferred
- Practical knowledge of project management principles
- Experience in technical coordination with external suppliers and partners
