Job Summary
As a Service Technician for the SCHOLPP Group, you will play a vital role in the international installation and relocation of industrial machinery. Your daily responsibilities include the mechanical and electrical installation of new and used equipment, specifically automated punching, laser, and bending machines for sheet metal processing. You will also handle the dismantling and relocation of existing systems, with future opportunities to expand into maintenance and repair services. This role is highly dynamic, requiring travel across Germany and internationally to client sites. What makes this position unique is the extensive support provided; even if you do not meet all technical requirements yet, the SCHOLPP Academy offers comprehensive 'on-the-job' training and professional development. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as a Mechanical Fitter, Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or Electronics Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Mechanical Fitter, Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrician
- Experience in the installation and assembly of machine tools and production plants
- Proven track record of working independently and conscientiously in a service-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel extensively for domestic and international projects
Languages
Additional
- High willingness to travel within Germany and internationally is required. Must be able to work independently at customer sites. A valid driver's license is implied for the use of the provided company vehicle.
