As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-tech electrical solutions for safety-critical airport infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities involve creating comprehensive electrical manufacturing documentation for control cabinets and maintaining technical data within SAP. You will be the technical point of contact for your team, coordinating work packages and optimizing CAD templates across various platforms like EPLAN and AutoCAD. Required Skills

Education

Completed further training as a State-Certified Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in creating electrical manufacturing documentation for control cabinet construction
  • Experience in maintaining technical documentation and master data management in SAP
  • Proven track record in using CAE/CAD tools specifically EPLAN, AutoCAD, or MS Visio
  • Experience in a coordinating or technical lead role within a project team
  • Background in airport technology or safety-critical infrastructure is preferred
