Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will provide critical on-site and remote support for client workstations at a major automotive manufacturer's facility in Ingolstadt. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of hardware, including the processing of Break/Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Hands & Eyes tickets. You will be responsible for supporting Windows-based devices such as laptops and workstations, ensuring that all tasks align with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
