Job Summary

As an IT Technician in Wolfsburg, you will join a specialized team providing managed services for a prominent automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer. Your daily responsibilities include implementing hardware and software solutions directly within production environments, managing application support, and performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ticket management within the customer's system and coordinating closely with the Remote Operation Center.
