As an IT Vocational Trainer in Goslar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of individuals undergoing vocational rehabilitation. Your daily responsibilities include planning and delivering practical training sessions and workshops for aspiring IT professionals, specifically focusing on Digitalization Management and IT System Management. You will bridge the gap between theory and practice, guiding students through complex IT topics and supporting their final projects. Beyond instruction, you will actively assist participants in securing internships and entering the labor market. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys knowledge transfer and wants to make a social impact. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (IHK) or a university degree in an IT-related field. Instructor aptitude certification according to AEVO (ADA-Schein) is required or must be obtained.
Experience
- Professional experience in Information Technology, specifically within IT systems or digitalization management
- Practical experience in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, or C#
- Experience in teaching, coaching, or motivating learners in a professional or educational setting
- Experience in project planning and documentation, particularly for vocational final projects

- Must possess or be willing to acquire the AEVO (ADA-Schein) instructor certification. The position is a fixed-term 2-year contract based in Goslar, Germany.
