As an IT Technician for one of Europe's leading IT service providers, you will play a vital role in the hardware lifecycle management for high-profile clients, including DAX-listed corporations. Your primary day-to-day responsibilities involve the physical handling of IT equipment, where you will accept end-of-life hardware such as notebooks and peripherals from users and manage the distribution of new devices. This role focuses heavily on hardware administration and documentation rather than complex software installation or configuration. You will also provide general support for IT-related inquiries during daily operations.
