Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer at thyssenkrupp Uhde, you will be a vital member of the Electrical Engineering group, focusing on the safe design of industrial chemical plants. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing engineering concepts and documentation for safety lighting, fire alarm systems, explosion protection, and lightning protection. You will be responsible for creating and reviewing internal documents as well as verifying documentation submitted by subcontractors to ensure the highest safety standards. Beyond design, you will act as an internal consultant, training colleagues on electrical safety topics and optimizing engineering tools and workflows. Required Skills

Education
