Job Summary

As a Tendering Manager in Berlin, you will hold overall responsibility for the technical coordination and management of projects during the bidding phase. Your day-to-day activities involve defining technical project scopes, managing schedules, and coordinating resource requirements for engineering teams. You will act as a central point of contact for interdisciplinary and external stakeholders to ensure technical consistency and interface harmonization. A key part of the role includes conducting clause-by-clause analyses of customer requirements and leading technical coordination meetings. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the technical processing of high-voltage projects (EPC), specifically AC substations or FACTS
  • Proven experience in technical project management within multidisciplinary and international teams
  • Experience in managing complex technical interfaces and coordinating external stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting clause-by-clause technical analyses for customer requirements
