As the Team Lead for Technical Facility Management on the island of Norderney, you will oversee the technical operations of a family-owned hotel group's properties. This hands-on leadership role involves the practical maintenance and repair of building systems, ensuring all technical facilities remain fully operational and compliant with safety regulations. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance schedules, managing external service providers, and obtaining quotes for technical works. A key part of your role is the professional guidance and coordination of local technical teams in close cooperation with house management. Required Skills

Education
