Job Summary
As a Project Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the financial and technical documentation of diverse construction projects, ranging from classic landscaping to road construction, sewer construction, and green infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting precise measurements using Leica Total Stations and GPS equipment, followed by processing this data using specialized software like Dataflor ETB-CAD and Greengala 8 for invoice generation. You will work in close coordination with Foremen and Site Managers to ensure accurate billing and project continuity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of field measurement and office-based technical accounting. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Landscaping, Road Construction, Civil Engineering, or Surveying Technology; alternatively, a qualification as a Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister). Career changers with relevant skills are also considered.
Experience
- Professional experience in surveying and billing within the fields of landscaping, road construction, or civil engineering
- Experience in using surveying technology such as Total Stations and GPS systems
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with Site Managers and Foremen
- Experience in technical software applications for CAD and construction billing
