Job Summary
As a Senior Researcher, you will lead and manage research and development projects focused on quartz composite materials. Your daily responsibilities include optimizing existing formulas and developing new ones to enhance the aesthetic, mechanical, and thermal properties of products. You will conduct experiments, evaluate data, and document findings while serving as a critical interface for transitioning development projects into pilot and series production. The role involves characterizing composite materials chemically and physically and introducing new raw materials. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Chemistry (preferably with a focus on Polymer Chemistry) or a comparable qualification; a PhD is preferred.
Experience
- Doctorate (PhD) and/or several years of professional experience in R&D within the chemical industry
- Proven experience in leading and processing internal and external research projects
- Professional experience in the chemical and physical characterization of composite materials
- Experience in modern project management methodologies
- Experience in transitioning development projects into pilot and series production
