Job Summary

As the Area Vice President Enterprise Development, you will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of CompuGroup Medical's Hospital Information System products. This executive role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio ranging from next-generation cloud platforms to established on-premise solutions. You will be responsible for translating business strategy into a scalable technology roadmap while managing a distributed engineering organization of over 200 professionals. Your daily focus will involve fostering a data-driven software development culture, driving innovation in AI and e-health, and acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product departments. This position is unique for its scale and impact, offering the opportunity to lead a massive digital transformation within the healthcare sector. You will balance technical excellence in architecture and DevOps with high-level leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, life-saving software solutions on a global scale.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or a closely related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.

Experience

  • 5+ years of proven success leading large, distributed, and cross-functional engineering organizations
  • Extensive experience delivering complex, ERP-like enterprise products at scale
  • Demonstrated track record in transitioning on-premise products to scalable cloud services
  • Professional experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
  • Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams of 200+ FTEs
