Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical lifecycle of electrical spare parts for bottling and packaging technology at Krones AG. You will be responsible for preparing quotes and clarifying orders based on customer inquiries and assembly reports. A significant portion of the day is spent providing technical support to global Lifecycle Service Centers and field service technicians to resolve complex technical issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing component obsolescence by evaluating and coordinating technical alternatives. This position is highly attractive due to its 35-hour work week, 50% mobile work option, and a competitive salary structure based on the IG Metall collective agreement, which includes significant pay increases over the first 15 months and comprehensive social benefits.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the electrical field with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician; alternatively, a university degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience
