As an IT Onsite Support Specialist in Frankfurt, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users at dedicated 'Techlounge' locations, providing both in-person and remote technical assistance. Your daily responsibilities include managing tickets within an ITSM system, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and VDI/Citrix environments. You will play a crucial role in hardware lifecycle management, from advising on equipment selection to handling loaner devices. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct customer interaction and thrives in a large-scale corporate environment.
