Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineering Technician for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, you will play a vital role in managing technical building equipment for a diverse portfolio, including hospitals, universities, and military facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve processing HOAI phases, specifically focusing on preliminary, draft, and execution planning. You will create detailed service specifications using iTWO software and provide on-site construction supervision for maintenance, new builds, and renovations. Additionally, you will support the public procurement process in compliance with legal standards. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) specializing in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years of experience in site supervision and object monitoring is preferred
- Practical knowledge of VOB and HOAI regulations
- Experience in creating service specifications and technical planning

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to undergo a security clearance check in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) depending on the specific area of deployment. Must be able to work at the Kaiserslautern location.
