Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician in Kassel, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations and user support within a global engineering and IT environment. Your primary duties include processing incidents and IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) requests within defined SLAs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and configuring PCs, notebooks, and printers. You will also provide essential support for mobile devices (iOS and Android), manage video conferencing equipment at a Level 1 capacity, and handle on-site event and meeting support. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys direct interaction with users and hardware.
