As an Energy Manager for the city of Kassel's largest housing provider, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing technical building equipment across a portfolio of approximately 8,400 apartments. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing heat supply systems, including district heating, gas, hybrid systems, and photovoltaics, while ensuring compliance with German energy laws (GEG) and drinking water regulations (TrinkwV). You will be the technical lead for measurement and control technology (MSR) and building automation systems, focusing on reducing utility costs for tenants through data analysis and process optimization.
