Job Summary
As an Energy Manager for the city of Kassel's largest housing provider, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing technical building equipment across a portfolio of approximately 8,400 apartments. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing heat supply systems, including district heating, gas, hybrid systems, and photovoltaics, while ensuring compliance with German energy laws (GEG) and drinking water regulations (TrinkwV). You will be the technical lead for measurement and control technology (MSR) and building automation systems, focusing on reducing utility costs for tenants through data analysis and process optimization. Required Skills

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in energy management or technical building services
- Proven experience in the operation and optimization of heating systems
- In-depth knowledge of building automation and measurement/control technology
- Experience in monitoring legal requirements such as GEG and TrinkwV
- Professional experience in maintenance management and site inspections

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position involves 39 hours per week. Must be able to conduct on-site inspections of supply facilities.
