Job Summary

As an Electronics Fundamentals Trainer, you will deliver EASA-approved basic training courses (CAT A, B1, and B2) covering modules 3 through 5 at levels I and II. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting both theoretical and practical instruction for aviation technical personnel, acting as an approved examiner for theoretical exams, and developing training materials and examination questions. You will also be responsible for the logistical organization of courses and the pedagogical onboarding of other internal and external trainers. This position is unique because it offers the opportunity to work for a world-leading aviation MRO training provider, allowing you to shape the next generation of aircraft maintenance professionals while participating in international assignments. The role combines technical electronics expertise with high-level instructional design and project participation in a safety-critical industry.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (EGS) or equivalent (e.g., Industrial or Communication Electronics); Advanced qualification such as Certified Vocational Trainer (IHK) or Industrial Master in Aviation Technology is required or must be obtained.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electronics or aviation maintenance is preferred
  • Experience in conducting EASA-approved training courses (CAT A, B1, B2) is highly desirable
  • Professional experience in aircraft maintenance or overhaul
  • Experience in developing examination questions and practical work samples
  • Proven pedagogical aptitude for conducting vocational training measures
