Job Summary
As a Foreman or Site Supervisor in the Digital & Municipal Infrastructure department, you will be responsible for the independent execution of smaller construction sites focusing on underground pipeline construction. Based in Rosenheim, you will lead a small team (column) and ensure that technical projects are completed efficiently and safely. Your day-to-day will involve managing site operations, coordinating team tasks, and applying your technical expertise in civil engineering. This position is particularly attractive for experienced construction professionals looking for a permanent, full-time role with leadership responsibilities in a stable sector. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in construction; further training/certification as a Foreman (Vorarbeiter) is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in pipeline construction or civil engineering
- Experience in leading small construction teams or columns
- Proven track record of independent site management and execution
- Experience with PE welding processes according to DVGW standards is preferred
