Job Summary

This role within the Finance department of eva Stuttgart focuses on the comprehensive management of grants, subsidies, and service fees. You will be responsible for calculating, pricing, and negotiating remuneration and investment cost rates, particularly within the framework of SGB IIX. Day-to-day activities include developing innovative financing models, drafting service descriptions, and managing the full lifecycle of project funding—from initial application and fund retrieval to final usage verification and controlling. You will work as a cross-functional partner to specialized departments and external stakeholders to ensure optimal financial stability for social services. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Social Economics, Service Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in the application and settlement of public grants and subsidies
  • Proven track record in project controlling and fund management
  • Experience in a social economy or non-profit administrative context preferred
  • Professional experience in structured and independent project management
