As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be responsible for the direct hardware and software support of an industrial company in Offenbach am Main. Your daily routine involves managing the full lifecycle of IT workstations, from initial setup and personalization of Windows clients to manual software installations and office relocations. You will act as the primary point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting technical issues reported through a ticketing system while ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
