Join a dynamic, family-owned confectionery manufacturer in the Hamburg metropolitan region as a Production Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, guiding, and motivating a team of approximately 20 employees in a high-tech production environment. Your daily activities will include ensuring strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards, while optimizing production and cleaning processes. You will act as a key communicator, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive team culture. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys a hands-on approach, as you will provide operational support during peak periods or staff shortages and represent shift management when necessary. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a modern facility producing diverse products from fruit gummies to vegan sweets, supported by a 'Du-culture' and flat hierarchies.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an industrial field or equivalent extensive practical experience in a comparable role.
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment
- Professional experience in monitoring and controlling production workflows
- Proven track record in team motivation and personnel development
- Experience in the food industry is highly preferred
- Practical experience in optimizing production and cleaning processes
