Job Summary

As an SAP SuccessFactors System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the IT Central Division's SAP Operations department, specifically focusing on the management, development, and operation of the HCM Suite. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, providing expert consulting to functional departments, and leading implementation projects. You will act as a bridge between technical development and user support, handling 2nd level support tickets and performing system customizing with a focus on quality assurance. A significant part of the role involves managing interfaces to adjacent systems and coordinating with external support partners. This position is particularly attractive as it offers the unique opportunity to shape a newly introduced HR landscape during a SuccessFactors rollout.
