As the Deputy Head of Electrical Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical infrastructure for a large-scale social welfare organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading the electrical department, overseeing personnel, and ensuring the seamless operation of building and energy technologies. You will be responsible for planning and commissioning electrical installations, with a specific focus on driving innovation through renewable energy projects and smart home technologies. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training with further qualification as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or State-Certified Technician; Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA) required, ideally certified according to DIN 14675.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in the planning and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Proven experience in managing renewable energy and smart home technology projects
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and billing processes
  • Experience in personnel management and team leadership
