Job Summary
As a Technical IT Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing complex IT infrastructures for a dynamic team. Your daily responsibilities will involve software management and automation, where you will install updates, deploy new product versions, and develop automation solutions to enhance process efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing virtual machines and fine-tuning Windows server environments to ensure high availability. A significant portion of the role involves the maintenance of Oracle databases and the continuous development of IT monitoring solutions. Beyond technical tasks, you will provide active support for technical inquiries, acting as a solution-oriented point of contact for colleagues and clients. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker).
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in an IT environment
- Experience in software distribution and automation processes
- Proven experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL)
- Background in managing virtualized environments and Windows operating systems
- Ideally, professional experience within the healthcare sector or with HIS solutions
