As a Document Manager for Europe’s largest manufacturer of safety valves, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of technical and commercial documentation for international projects. Based in Hamburg, your daily activities include analyzing customer specifications, creating documentation according to specific templates, and ensuring timely delivery via the DocBoss software and various international portals. You will act as a central coordinator, communicating across departments and international subsidiaries to handle Document Control, EAC Passports, and ARH Dossiers. Additionally, you will manage shipping documents such as certificates of origin and packing lists, while maintaining master data and Incoterms within SAP.
